We are committed to the quality of BackWPup and fully support it. While we do not offer a trial version, we understand that our product may not meet everyone’s needs. If the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we refund you within 14 days of your original purchase. No matter what!

A couple of small points:

• We will process your refund request promptly. Please note, that in some instances, we may offer to resolve any issues you encounter before issuing a refund.
• Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase. We are unable to offer refunds after this period.
• This refund policy also covers product upgrades and annual renewals.
